Imagine you’re waiting in line in the freezing cold on a street in NYC’s meatpacking district. It’s a brisk December afternoon and as much as you want to go inside, cozy up and sip a piping hot drink, you can’t.
Because you made the conscious decision to wait for an hour (or more) for a restaurant you’ve only seen photos of. You haven’t looked up any written reviews, only a couple of your friends have been there, and all you’ve seen are pictures of a few of its famous creations on social media. That’s just enough to entice you.
